Baffo D'Oro
Baffo d'Oro have been mixing Garage Rock, Post-Punk and Indie sounds since 2020.
Inspired by bands such as The Stooges, Joy Division, Gang of Four or Fugazi, as well as newer acts like Idles, The Chats or Viagra Boys, Baffo d'Oro combine raw guitars, driving basslines and energetic drums with a critical and humorous look at modern life and its contradictions.
Since 2022, the band has been releasing music through their DIY label «Much More Louder Records». Their debut EP «This Is It!» was released in 2025 and received regular airplay on Couleur 3, one of Switzerland's most influential alternative music radio stations, as well as on radio stations across Europe and South America.
In spring 2026, Baffo d'Oro released the radio-supported single «What We Want». Their second EP is scheduled for September 2026.
Having started out in the DIY-scene, Baffo d'Oro are now playing more frequently across Switzerland. They share stages with acts such as Los Fastidios (IT), Anger Mgmt (CH) or Mata Hari (FR).
In October 2026, the band will head out on a UK tour together with UK-based post-punk band Televised Mind.
