Nina Strnad is a Slovenian vocalist celebrated for her expressive interpretations and technical precision. She has collaborated with leading Slovenian musicians and internationally acclaimed artists, including Michael Abene, The New York Voices, and Michel Legrand, with whom she performed at S simfoniki v filmski svet.

She leads the Nina Strnad Jazz Band, featuring Jaka Kopač, Tomaž Gajštar, Gregor Ftičar, Robert Jukić, Kristijan Krajnčan, and Jost Lampret, and is set to release the album Iskreno in 2026. With the RTV Slovenia Big Band, she released the album Trenutki with Jože Privšek (2018) and the single Hurt (2024, arranged by Michael Abene, music by Jaka Kopač and Nina Strnad).

Her original projects have been presented in major venues such as Gallus Hall, and one concert was recorded by TV Slovenia as Naj povem o sebi…. Combining respect for tradition with contemporary expression, Nina Strnad continues to be a significant voice in Slovenian and international jazz and contemporary music scenes.
