Born to a Sicilian father and an Austrian mother, Mark Masguro's passion for music sparked early in life. In the vibrant scene of the 1980s, he immersed himself in breakdance and electric boogie, mastering the art of DJing with turntables. Drawn to genres like Italo Disco, Rap, Hip Hop, Hip House, and Acid House, his musical journey evolved in the 90s with a love for Trance, Goa, and Techno—leading him to build his first home recording studio.
Mark spent seven years as a sound engineer with a Swiss hip hop label, contributing to a range of projects, including the pioneering first Swiss women’s rap tape. After a hiatus to start a family in 2008, he returned to the scene in 2014 as a Goa DJ, spinning in the mystical forests of Switzerland.
Today, Mark continues to explore electronic soundscapes, producing music from his second home studio. His DJ-mixes—ranging from Goa to House and Techno—can be found on SoundCloud, showcasing a lifelong dedication to rhythm, culture, and creative expression.
