Mattia, who goes by the name Magmatic as a poet and musician, has been living in Los Angeles since 2020. His poetry has been featured in Crocetti’s Poetry magazine and recognized as a finalist in the Mario Luzi, Camaiore Proposta, and Lord Byron awards.

For the past two years, he has primarily focused on video poetry and live improvisation along the edges of the Los Angeles River. In his performances, Magmatic blends electronic and rap sounds, skillfully layering piano, guitar, synth, and electronic drums to create a unique and immersive experience.
