C’est en 2024 que naît le groupe rock rennais Circle Lines sous la forme d’un trio batterie-choeurs (Yves Samson) / basse-chœurs (Arnaud Ricaud) /guitare-chant (Jean-Luc Mangattale), simple et efficace. Sous l’écriture musicale du chanteur et du parolier Pier-Olivier Marais, le répertoire se monte autour d’une quinzaine de titres entre rock, pop et ballades acoustiques, le tout ciselé pour jouer sur scène.

Après quelques concerts, l’idée d’un 1er EP s’impose naturellement.

It was in 2024 that the Rennes-based rock band Circle Lines was formed as a trio: drums and backing vocals (Yves Samson), bass and backing vocals (Arnaud Ricaud), and guitar and lead vocals (Jean-Luc Mangattale), simple and effective. With music written by the singer and lyrics by Pier-Olivier Marais, their repertoire took shape around fifteen tracks blending rock, pop, and acoustic ballads all crafted for live performances/
After a few concerts, the idea of a first EP naturally emerged.
