Lily of the Devil is a rock band from Germany, whose mem-bers bring plenty of stage experience from other bands. The use of violin and flute gives their music a folky character, while the rhythm section and gritty guitar sound occasionally dive into metallic territory. The warm tone of the female lead vocals defines the band’s sound, complemented by the powerful timbre of the Swedish nyckelharpa.
