Alkyone
Alkyone, is a singer, songwriter and a musician currently living in the mountains of northern Greece. Aesthetically, her music is deeply influenced by indie-pop, cinematic and folklore elements. Her years as a choir member, led her to incorporate haunting choirs and vocal backgrounds to her songs, stating that “there´s something so extremely primal and powerful in a choir, that it just felt right using it”. She firmly believes in the power of music. For, music can shape ideas. And ideas can actually shape the world.
