Alexandros Kallifatidis was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, and grew up in Katerini. After studying medicine, he pursued a career as a specialist in radiology. Alongside his medical profession, he has been passionate about music since his youth: he took guitar lessons, taught himself various instruments, and started singing. As a performer, composer, and musician, he creates a distinctive blend of retro, swing, jazz, and tango, drawing inspiration from rebetika music and French chansons—always delivered with a uniquely "different" authenticity.
