Musician, dark melancholic forms of songwriting, acoustic/electric. Sings and plays guitar, mostly. Barcelona, Catalonia.
After his last two solo albums, "L'Abisme i la Font" (2021) and "Insecta" (2022), his forthcoming work will be "Indigestió" (2024), a double album of remixes and reworks of Mon a la Cova songs by other artists.
Mon a la Cova is a musician from Barcelona with a long career in alternative, post punk and dark bands like Casual (1999-2010), Kitsch a la Cova (2013-2017), Replicants Anònims (2014-2018) and Guilles Maleïdes (1992-1998).
Nowadays he alternates solo acoustic concerts with electric / electronic concerts as a duo (guitar and percussion) with pre-recorded tracks on some songs.
He sings in Catalan.
