Phillipe and Sacha have followed parallel roads in the Paris electronic music family, for meeting 20 years later by total coincidence at the ''café chez Joe'' in Nice City.
Deciding to join their two musical backgrounds, they created Daft de Nice records label.Since ever Passionate about graphism, music and technology ,Philippe founded in the 90s with Niktus (FFF) and Pollux (Luluxpo) the Transmut music label. A project that was passionatly orientated toward the electronic music and emerging digital graphism and video technologies. With Niktus & Granguru Lab Experience they have been touring on some of the main French and International scenes and festivals. In the meantime, Philippe also designed the first French giant music web site entirely dedicated to the band FFF. Never stopping, with his team, he contributed what remains in the city of light and an entire generation one of the most lengendary Paris electro music happenings : The hopital ephemere parties, a place where multiple artistic talents coming from various artistic backgrounds have met and emerged, making what will become later the internationaly recognized french touch. In addition, Philippe was creating, managing and delivering multiple scenographies and video works for many music bands and happenings.
Nowadays from his Nice city base , he is still a creator of fixed or animated graphical projects and at a same time heavily involved in the digital education of a younger generation of digital creators and entrepreneurs. Last but not least , still passion driven, his last music production released in 2021 ''Aux portes de Sirius'' reflects his progressive rock and electronic music influences. Constantly open to multiple music influences, with his brother in crime Sacha, he is lauching an entirely new project : Daft de Nice records. Philippe Jaricot

Deciding to join their two musical backgrounds, they created Daft de Nice records label.Mix move, Bonus beat , chill out concept, Cachaca records, FG radio (early days), Radioceros web station, all those names may be unknown to you, but Sacha in the 90s have been part of the electronic music pioneers in France. Musician, DJ,party organizer, records seller, FM and web radio broadcasting are part of his eclectic background, which as result brought him to be invited on the scene by one the most famous French bands, Les Negresses Vertes. Pioneering the web music broadcasting with Radioceros (he was the electro music page selector) , he is today honored to have been part of a project and company shut down by the powerful organizations such as the American records syndicate RIAA. Nothing wrong :) we wanted to make progress the legal frame for the artists to receive the part they deserve, unfortunately ahead of our time at end of the 90s when corporations and governement had no awareness about the coming digital revolution. After 20 years of extra musical business, Sacha with Philippe (his brother in crime :) decided recently to restart fresh a new musical journey named Daft de Nice records.Sacha Maricic
