(Horace - Epistulae, I, 11, v.27)Solo artist on stage as in studio, he takes this contrast from Mediterranean origins from which he draws his inspiration to paint a certain multicolored image of the world around him, literally, to paint a certain kaleidoscopic image of the world around him. It is the idea of melancholy tinged with hope; an invitation to travel, to some place without destinations.
